Candle Care

How do I care for my candle?

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. Allow the wax to pool to the edges for an even burn. For more tips, visit our Candle Care Guide.

How long should I burn my candle?

Burn for 2-4 hours at a time and never exceed 4 hours.

Ritual Guidance

Why are Psalms included with the ritual cards?

The Psalms included on our ritual cards are inspired by traditional Low Country spiritual practices, honoring the cultural heritage of Hoodoo and spiritual traditions. They are completely optional and intended to enhance your ritual experience. If you prefer, you can use the candles with your own personal practices or none at all.

What are the rituals for your candles?

Each candle comes with a ritual card to guide you. You can also find detailed product descriptions on the product page.

Can I use the candles without performing the ritual?

Absolutely! While the rituals enhance their energy, our candles work beautifully as standalone pieces.

What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made with coconut apricot wax, wood wicks, roots (herbs) and premium essential and fragrance oils.

Do your products align with specific spiritual practices?

Yes, our products are inspired by Lowcountry Hoodoo traditions while honoring universal spiritual values.

Can I use discount codes on custom conjure candles?

Our Spirit-Sealed Conjure Candles are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind spiritual tools that require personal ritual work and ancestral consultation. Because of the time, materials, and energy involved, discount codes and promotions do not apply to these custom products.

Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?


We aim to ship all standard orders within 1–3 business days. Custom Spirit-Sealed Conjure Candles are made to order and require up to 10 business days for preparation, blessing, and sealing before shipping. You will receive tracking info once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my candle if I’m unhappy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any spiritual or ritual items, including custom candles, as each is handcrafted and spiritually prepared for a specific individual. All sales are final.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your candle is damaged during shipping, contact us within 3 business days of receiving it, including photos of the damage. We’ll happily replace it.
