Geechee Mama products are handmade in small batches. Orders ship within 7 to 10 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods this window may extend slightly, and you'll be notified if so. Tracking is sent automatically once your order is on its way.

We currently ship only within the United States.
Discreet Packaging
- All orders ship in plain packaging with a neutral return address (GM LLC) to protect your privacy.
Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, contact info@geecheemama.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has shipped, Geechee Mama is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you added shipping protection at checkout, file a claim on our Shipping Protection page. Otherwise, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
