Shipping Policy

  • Each product is prepared in small batches with intention.

    Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to ship.

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

Discreet Packaging

  • All orders ship in plain packaging with a neutral return address (GM LLC) to protect your privacy.

Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact info@geecheemama.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has shipped, Geechee Mama is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
