Shipping Policy

Geechee Mama products are handmade in small batches. Orders ship within 7 to 10 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods this window may extend slightly, and you'll be notified if so. Tracking is sent automatically once your order is on its way.

• We ship only within the United States and to Canada.
  

• Canadian orders ship USPS. International transit runs 1 to 2 weeks once your order ships. Canada may collect GST or HST and a small handling fee at delivery; those charges are set and collected at the border and are separate from your checkout total.

Discreet Packaging

• All orders ship in plain packaging with a neutral return address (GM LLC) to protect your privacy.

Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

• If your order arrives damaged, contact info@geecheemama.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once an order has shipped, Geechee Mama is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you added shipping protection at checkout, file a claim on our Shipping Protection page. Otherwise, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
