While we’re confident you’ll feel the magic of our offerings, we want to be upfront—we do not accept returns. But if something goes wrong, we’ve got your back.
Damaged or Lost Orders? We’ll Make It Right.
Life happens, and so does the occasional shipping mishap. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, don’t stress! Email us at info@geecheemama.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of any damage (if applicable)
We’ll handle it with care and make sure you get a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
"Return to Sender" Situations
If a package is returned to us and doesn’t make its way back into our hands, you’ll need to cover the cost of a replacement product, plus a $9 shipping fee. Refunds can’t be issued for orders that aren’t successfully returned to us.
Can’t Use It? Pass the Blessing Along!
If your order isn’t what you hoped for, consider passing it on to someone who could use a little extra light and love. Sharing the energy is a powerful way to keep blessings flowing.
