Processing Time: All orders ship within 3–5 business days. Each product is handmade and fixed with care - we don’t rush the magic.
Shipping Area: U.S. shipping only.
Discreet Packaging:All orders ship in plain packaging with a neutral return address (GM LLC). No exterior branding identifies the contents.
Returns: All sales are final. Because of the handmade and spiritual nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@geecheemama.com with photos of the box, shipping label, and items. We’ll replace the item or issue store credit if it's sold out.
Shipping Protection:
At checkout, you can add Navidium Shipping Protection (starting at $0.75) to cover your order against loss, theft, or damage. If something happens, we'll resolve it directly with you - no middleman. Without Navidium, Geechee Mama is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
