How to File a Claim (Navidium Shipping Protection)

At Geechee Mama, your ritual tools are handmade with care and intention. If you added Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is covered against loss, theft, or damage.

Here’s exactly how to file a claim if something happens:


Step 1 - Confirm Coverage

Check your order confirmation email. If you see Navidium Package Protection listed, your order is protected.


Step 2 - Report the Issue

Please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery if lost).

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Send us your order number and shipping address.

  • Damaged Packages: Email us clear photos of:

    • The outer box or envelope

    • The shipping label

    • The damaged items inside

Step 3 - Resolution

Once we verify your claim:

  • If the product is in stock → we’ll send you a replacement.

  • If the product is sold out or limited edition → you’ll receive store credit equal to the full value of the item(s).


What Navidium Doesn’t Cover

  • Orders where Navidium was not purchased at checkout.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Packages delayed but still in transit with the carrier.
