Candle work sits inside that tradition. Practitioners operated like apothecaries, preparing oils, roots, and lights for the people who came to them with a need. What Is a Fixed Candle, Actually
Fixing a candle means loading it with purpose. The wax is dressed with condition oils, herbs and roots go in for the specific work, scripture or prayer is spoken over it, and the candle is sealed to its assignment. Every maker holds their own methods close, and ours stay in-house, the same way a family recipe stays in the family.
