I am a Geechee decendent (southeast Georgia). Was able to cleanse my home(incense sticks), and myself(cleansing soak). I then burned the protection candle straight through. Prior to the rituals a lot of negative things were happening back to back. During the rituals weird things did happen in the house but I kept going, and once I lit the protection candle things settled down. Since then things have been on the up and up. Not sure of other's experiences.
